The estimation process starts with initial contact via call text or email. During this phase information will be collected from the customer i.e. name address and scope of work. Afterwards a date will be set for the site inspection and initial evaluation. Finally we will collaborate on the price and start and finish dates. A printable estimate will be emailed to keep for records and as a contract to outline the services expected.

Estimation of materials cost and quantity will be drafted. They will be purchased either by the customer directly or by us for reimbursement. This could happen a few different ways. We could set up a phone sale at the supplier of choice which will allow the customer to use their preferred method of payment directly from the supplier's store or we could do an online order where I would create an online cart and share it with the customer for purchase. Once the materials are gathered the project will commence and all leftover materials will be returned and refunded if applicable.

Our overall goal is to make this process as seamless and hassle free as possible. We do that by offering a variety of additional services to get the project from point A to point B such as material pickup and delivery. We also provide transparency by record keeping and receipt management. Lastly we accept all forms of payment whether in person or remote. Payment methods include cash, check (personal check or cashiers), zelle, venmo, apple pay, cash app, paypal, and credit or debit card either in person or via online payment link.
